A
number of things drive the way that I work with and for
clients. What drives my competency is the analysis I do
on an organization that is all encompassing. The casino
organization is effected by all the rules and regulations
in place and as such to analyze one small part of the organization
is futile since the casino exhibits a symbiotic relationship
between all departments and any one problem found effects
the whole organization and its processes. Because of these
relationships I always try to keep this in mind when going
about my business, and it shows through in the work that
I produce, and the innovative solutions I come up with for
difficult problems. As a consultant I strive to enable the
client to help identify the problems of their organization
and how to implement changes using implementation strategy,
solution assessment, and solution implementation. |
